Print books, audiobooks on CD, and video DVDS are borrowed at the Library for two-week periods and can be renewed. The eBooks and eAudiobooks are borrowed for three weeks; details are on the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.umberhine.lib.me.us\/?page_id=151\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"151\">cloudLibrary<\/a><\/strong> description page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Materials for use within the library include local history items, a local newspaper, and magazines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Free library cards are available for town residents and people who work within Richmond. An out-of-town patron library card is available for an annual fee of $15.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interlibrary Loan: items not available in the Library&#8217;s collection but available from other Maine libraries may be requested and borrowed for free. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programs: Library staff organize both children&#8217;s and adult&#8217;s programs throughout the year. Watch the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.umberhine.lib.me.us\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/\/dev.umberhine.lib.me.us\/\">Home<\/a><\/strong> page and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.umberhine.lib.me.us\/?page_id=37\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"37\">Calendar<\/a><\/strong> for event information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Free Wi-Fi is available both inside and outside the library with the <strong>umberhine_Guest<\/strong> Wi-Fi network name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two desktop and laptop computers are available for use when the Library is open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Public computer and printing are available. It is $.25 a page for printouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photocopying in color or black and white costs $.25 a page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faxes can be sent for $1.00 per page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two public restrooms are handicap accessible.
